Chad brings 25 years of expertise in energy and environmental systems to the table, having established Grid Economics and served as its Managing Director. He played a pivotal role in facilitating a joint venture between a leading global oil company and an international commercial real estate investment firm. Additionally, Chad was instrumental in the inception of Smart Power Maps, contributing to its integration into 7X Energy, which subsequently developed and sold 9GW of solar capacity to BP. He graduated summa cum laude with a degree in International Relations from St. Edward’s University and holds an MA in Energy & Earth Resources from the University of Texas.

Jason has over 20 years of experience in commercial banking, having contributed significantly to the Private and Commercial banking sectors at notable institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and HSBC. For the past nine years, he has held the role of Managing Partner at Riverside Park Capital, a firm that specializes in commercial real estate debt and equity originations, successfully structuring over $3 billion in transactions. Jason graduated with a BA in Finance from Fordham University and attended Columbia Business School. Additionally, he holds an ABA Certification in Commercial Credit Underwriting.

Climate Finance Strategist

Ted brings over two decades of expertise from leading global financial institutions, including roles at JPMorgan and BMO, where he led cross-functional strategic teams concentrating on risk management frameworks. At Barclays Capital, he took charge of devising comprehensive climate risk scenarios for the equity syndicate and block distribution sectors. Ted has contributed to research on the effects of capital adequacy standards, fair-value measurement, securitization, and counterparty credit risk. He holds a BA in Finance from the University of Arkansas and pursued graduate studies at Yale University.
